Iniala opens state-of-the-art Crew House for staff

Interior Designer Greta Apap Bologna and Iniala Founder Mark Weingard share their insights on Iniala’s newly-launched, state-of-the-art staff facility – The Crew House. Spanning three floors within a stone vault dating back to the time of the knights, this extraordinary space epitomizes the luxury, history and comfort that Iniala Harbour House is renowned for. The space, which has been meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of the staff, boasts a variety of amenities, including showers, lockers, a daily-served kitchen, a vending machine, TVs, as well as bespoke furniture.

“When you open a hotel you always think that the most important people there are your guests, but it’s not, it’s your employees. They are the people who need to be happy, they are the people who need to serve everyone else, they are the people who are with you throughout the whole time. They are the life and soul of the place, and we need to look after them first and foremost,” Mark Weingard.
